6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

You may request a reschedule at least 7 days before the session. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date are eligible for a refund of the paid fees, less a 10% administration charge. If a session has been delivered in full, no refund will be issued due to the nature of personal guidance.

6.2 Infoproducts

Digital products may be refunded if a request is submitted within 14 days of purchase and prior to any download or access. Once access has been granted or content downloaded, no refund is available due to the irretrievable nature of digital delivery.

6.3 Goods

For physical goods, you may return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase fees via the original payment method.
